Bethany Koschel, DO, is an early career internal medicine physician. She received her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Northwest. Her residency training was completed at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Oregon where she will begin work as a hospitalist this fall. During her residency training, she completed quality improvement work focusing on standardizing sepsis patient education. She created an educational tool that has been implemented across the entire Providence system and has been the basis for additional educational efforts. Her career interests include ongoing quality improvement work, physician wellness, and working with learners.
