What can I find on Sepsis Alliance Institute? 

Sepsis Alliance Institute is your home for sepsis education, resources, and peer-to-peer networking. You will find live webinars, enduring activities, virtual conferences, and symposia from Sepsis Alliance. You can access our free continuing education activities, Sponsor Innovation Webinars, and multi-day conferences. Additionally, all active healthcare professionals with a Sepsis Alliance Institute account are automatically able to participate in discussions and network with their peers. You will find downloadable resources and discussions to share insights from our offerings or related to sepsis care, as well as opportunities to learn from other frontline healthcare professionals and ask questions of sepsis experts. 

I had an account on the old Sepsis Alliance Institute or Sepsis Alliance Clinical Community site. Do I need to reset my password to log in? 

Yes, you will need to reset your password. To reset your password, click here, enter the email address that you log in with, and check that email for a password reset email. In the email, click the link to reset your password. Enter your new password, and click Submit. The link in this email is only active for five minutes, so please be prepared to finish the process in one sitting.  

 I completed courses on the old Sepsis Alliance Institute platform. How can I access my certificates? 

Your previously completed courses should be listed on your profile in the new system. To access them: 

  1. Select My Courses 
  2. Select Transcript / Achievements 
  3. Find the desired course from your list of completed courses and select View/Print Certificate. 

If you run into any issues, or you cannot find a certificate from a previously completed course, please email clinicalcommunity@sepsis.org 

Does Sepsis Alliance Institute provide continuing education credits? 

Yes, Sepsis Alliance has courses accredited for RN CE Contact Hours for nurses, AMA PRA Category 1™ credits for physicians, and CEUs for pharmacists.  

Sepsis Alliance is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP17068. This accreditation applies to most states in the United States. Check your local regulations to determine if you can claim credits for our activities. 

Do you record live webinars? 

Yes, all live webinars are recorded and added as enduring content on Sepsis Alliance Institute shortly after the activity concludes. 

How do I update my profile? 

To update the information on your profile, select Profile. There, you can update your password, time zone for webinars, and profile picture. 

How do I reset my password?  

To reset your password, click here, enter the email address that you log in with, and a password reset email will be sent to you via email. In the email, click the link to reset your password. Enter your new password, and click Submit.
