How to Earn CE Credits for The Sepsis Spectrum Podcast

Step 1: Listen to the Episodes

You can listen on your preferred podcast platform (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify). 

Tip: Each episode runs ~30 minutes and offers between .5 and 1 contact hours. You must complete at least two episodes before you can generate a CE certificate.

Step 2: Log into Sepsis Alliance Institute

Visit sepsisinstitute.org and select Log In / Register (top right).

New to the platform? Fill out the quick registration form, then check your inbox for the verification email.

Return to the site and sign in with your credentials.

Step 3: Register for the CE Credit activities

Choose one of the following options based on how many episodes you plan to complete:

• 1-2 episodes: simply register for each episode.
• 3 or more episodes: register for the full podcast series package, which will include all nine evaluations that can be completed as the episodes drop.    

Step 4: Claim Your CE Credits

For each episode you listened to:

• Go to the My Courses section of your profile and click into the episode.
• Click on the CE Evaluation and Certificate tab.
• Complete the episode CE evaluation.  
• Click Claim CE Credits and choose your appropriate credit type (e.g., RN Contact Hours or General Participation).
• You’ll see two green checkmarks on that tab once you've completed everything correctly.

Step 5: Download Your CE Certificate

Once you have completed CE evaluations for each episode you listened to AND claimed CE credit for each one, you can click below to download your official CE certificate.

Note that you must complete at least two episodes to meet the minimum time to earn a certificate.
