Sebastian has led emocha to become the leading platform for video Directly Observed Therapy in the United States with over 100 customers spanning the healthcare landscape. Sebastian serves as Primary Investigator on 3 NIH medication adherence research grants (tuberculosis, addiction, transplant) and is a  National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) Innovation Grant Reviewer.
