Moojan Razvan is the Supervisor of Interpreter Services at Providence Mission Hospital. She holds a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and a master's in business administration (MBA). She oversees the Interpreter Services Department, which includes 60 dual role interpreters. Her team is dedicated to providing high-quality and linguistically appropriate care that bridges the communication gap between the care team and patients.

As a medical interpreter, Moojan brings a unique perspective and a personal commitment to her role. Having learned English as an adult, she understands the challenges faced by patients with limited English proficiency. This personal experience fuels her passion for removing language barriers and advocating for patient rights, ensuring that all patients receive the best possible care.

In 2023, Providence invited employees to apply for a health equity fellowship proposing a quality improvement project focused on health equity. Moojan was one of the 20 fellows selected for this fellowship cohort across the entire Providence system. This achievement further demonstrates her commitment to advancing health equity and improving healthcare delivery through innovative solutions.
