Thank you for participating in Sepsis Alliance Summit! Get your certificate of attendance by following the instructions below.
Step 1: Complete CE evaluations for the sessions you attended and claim credits.
Each CE session has a corresponding evaluation that must be completed to earn credits for that session. Visit the Agenda, and click into each session, where you will find the CE evaluation for that session. You will find it in the Course Contents tab, directly below where you accessed the session video. Be sure to complete an evaluation for each session you attended.
After completing the evaluation, select "Claim CE Credits" to confirm you want CE credits for that session. Make sure you are selecting the appropriate credit type (RN CE Contact Hours or CME).
After claiming your CE credits for each session, you should see three green checkmarks on the left side of the Course Contents tab.
Step 2: Complete the Final Conference Evaluation
Complete the final conference evaluation by clicking the link below. You MUST complete this evaluation prior to downloading your certificate.
Step 3: Download your certificate
Once you have completed ALL CE evaluations for the sessions you attended and completed the final conference evaluation, click below to download your certificate. BE SURE to complete the evaluation before you download your certificate. If the number of credits earned is not as many as expected or you see the "View Details" button instead of "Download Certificate", make sure that you have completed all evaluations for sessions you attended AND claimed credits within each session. Your certificate will update after you refresh the page with the correct number of credits once you complete them.
